Important Dates to Remember

October 1, 2026

Membership renewal invoices will be distributed by email. Invoices can also be found in your member portal.

December 1, 2026

Payment is due by this date to keep your membership active.

December 15, 2026

Last day to request a refund, no exceptions.

January 4, 2027

This is the last day to pay before your membership is dropped.

After January 4, 2027

Memberships unpaid after this date will be dropped. Reinstatement requires payment of all dues, plus a possible reinstatement fee.

Who is eligible for Personal Assistant membership?

Personal Assistant membership is intended for administrative professionals who support an active REALTOR® member, brokerage, team, or real estate office affiliated with NCCBOR.

What is a Nonmember REALTOR®?

A Nonmember REALTOR® is a REALTOR® whose primary local association membership is held through another REALTOR® association but who needs access to certain NCCBOR services, programs, or resources.

Does Personal Assistant membership include REALTOR® status?

No. Personal Assistant membership does not provide REALTOR® status or membership in the National Association of REALTORS®. The REALTOR® designation is reserved for eligible licensed real estate professionals.

What should I do if my invoice shows the wrong membership type or amount?

Contact NCCBOR before submitting payment. Staff can review your membership category, sponsoring office, access services, and account balance.
