The New Castle County Board of REALTORS® (NCCBOR) is a professional trade association serving REALTOR® and Affiliate members throughout New Castle County. As a local board affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the Delaware Association of REALTORS® (DAR), we are committed to strengthening our industry through advocacy, education, leadership, and connection.

We provide the essential tools, resources, and representation our members need to succeed in a competitive marketplace while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice.

In 2017, NCCBOR developed a Strategic Plan that is intended to serve the Board over the next 3-5 years. This framework guides the Board's decision-making process supporting specific strategic recommendations. The day-to-day operations and implementation of the plan will be the responsibility of the NCCBOR Board of Directors and senior staff.
