NAR-required courses, including the Biennial Ethics requirement
Professional development and business-building classes
Instruction from experienced, respected industry educators
Classes are free for NCCBOR members.
Non-members may attend eligible classes for $75 per 3-credit course.

The CE Shop - An Additional Education Resource
In addition to the in-person and virtual classes offered by NCCBOR, members also have access to online continuing education courses through our partner, The CE Shop.
The CE Shop provides Delaware Real Estate Commission (DREC) approved courses that allow REALTORS® to complete required continuing education modules at their own pace.
Through The CE Shop, members can:
Complete all 7 Delaware CE modules online
Access the 21-Hour Renewal Package for agents needing all modules during their renewal cycle
Take post-licensing courses for newly licensed agents, which must be completed within the first year of licensure
Learn on a flexible schedule with self-paced online classes
The 21-Hour Renewal Package is often the best value for members who need to complete all seven required modules.
All courses offered through The CE Shop are approved by the Delaware Real Estate Commission (DREC).

CE Class Cancellation & No-Show Policy
NCCBOR has implemented a 48-Hour Cancellation & No-Show Policy for all events and CE classes. This policy took effect March 1, 2026. Members are responsible for managing their CE and event registrations directly through their member account in the event registration system.
If you register and are unable to attend, you must:
Log into your Member Portal
Locate your event and class registrations
Cancel your registration directly in the system
Complete cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the start time
Failure to cancel within the system at least 48 hours in advance will result in a $25 No-Show Fee, which will be charged to the card used at registration.
Important Reminders
• Phone calls and emails do NOT cancel your registration.
• Staff will be notified of your cancellation automatically. Please do not call the office to confirm.
• Staff cannot cancel registrations on your behalf.
• Members are responsible for managing their own registrations in the system.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies occur. Documented extenuating circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Chief Executive Officer or authorized staff.
