The New Castle County Board of REALTORSĀ® kicked off the new year with a memorable evening at the 2026 Board of Directors Installation, celebrating leadership, service, and the continued strength of our REALTORĀ® community.

With a packed room and incredible energy throughout the night, members gathered to recognize both the accomplishments of the past year and the exciting leadership ahead.

 

Honoring Leadership & Service

The evening began with remarks from 2025 President Diane Salvatore, who reflected on her year of service and the progress made across the association. She then welcomed Andrea Harrington, NCCBORā€™s 2026 President, for her official installation.

In a meaningful moment, Andrea was sworn in by her sister, followed by the ceremonial passing of the gavel from Diane ā€” symbolizing the transition of leadership. Andrea shared heartfelt remarks, expressing her excitement for the year ahead, outlining her goals, and thanking her family and team for their support.

In addition to the presidential installation, NCCBOR proudly recognized and installed the 2026 Board of Directors, including:

  • Directors

  • Committee Chairs

  • Treasurer

  • NAR Director

  • Vice President

  • President-Elect

The evening also included a special recognition of outgoing board members, who were honored with certificates in appreciation of their dedication and years of service to the association.

 

An Evening to Celebrate

Set against the stunning backdrop of the Chesapeake Inn, the event offered a warm and welcoming atmosphere for members and guests alike.
