The New Castle County Board of REALTORS® (NCCBOR) proudly announces the installation of Andrea Harrington as its 2026 President. A respected industry leader, top-producing Realtor®, and longtime advocate for the profession, Harrington brings nearly two decades of experience, strategic vision, and a deep commitment to service into her presidential year.
Andrea began her real estate career in 2006 and currently serves as an Associate Broker at Compass. A lifelong Delaware resident, she possesses an exceptional understanding of the local communities and real estate market. As Team Leader of Andrea Harrington & Associates, she oversees a high-performing team of agents and support staff dedicated to delivering seamless, client-focused experiences. The team is headquartered in the heart of Middletown, Delaware, and Andrea is licensed in Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
In addition to her brokerage leadership, Andrea has demonstrated a strong commitment to organized real estate at both the local and state levels. She currently serves on the Boards of Directors for the Delaware Association of REALTORS® and the New Castle County Board of REALTORS®, and previously held the role of 2025 NCCBOR President-Elect. Her dedication and impact were recognized with the distinguished honor of being named 2025 REALTOR® of the Year by both organizations.
In 2021, Andrea formed a strategic partnership with Stephen Mottola and the Mottola Group, expanding the team’s service footprint into Chester and Delaware Counties in Pennsylvania, the greater Philadelphia area, and southern New Jersey shore communities. Collectively, the partnership teams are ranked as the #1 large real estate group in Delaware. Andrea Harrington & Associates closed 143 transactions in 2024, representing more than $52 million in sales volume and placing the team within the top one percent of all agents statewide, a testament to their operational excellence, market knowledge, and client trust.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Andrea is a proud mother of four sons and is known for balancing leadership, mentorship, and family with authenticity and purpose. Her presidential focus centers on strengthening member engagement, supporting professional growth, and continuing to elevate the value of REALTOR® involvement across the county.
