Through fundraising initiatives, strategic partnerships, and member-led service efforts, we work to support organizations and causes that strengthen the communities where we live and do business.

Our outreach efforts are driven by REALTORS®, Affiliates, and volunteer leaders who believe that professional success and community impact go hand in hand.

Fundraising & Member-Led Initiatives

Our Young Professionals Network (YPN) and Affiliate Network regularly host fundraising events that support local causes and nonprofit organizations. These initiatives provide members with opportunities to connect, collaborate, and contribute to meaningful community impact.

Industry Partners

NCCBOR proudly supports fellow industry organizations in their charitable efforts, including partnerships with groups such as the Delaware Mortgage Bankers Association.

By working alongside aligned organizations, we amplify our collective impact and strengthen the broader real estate community.

Good Neighbor Award Impact

Each year, NCCBOR donates to the charity of choice selected by our Good Neighbor Award recipient. This contribution honors the recipient’s service while extending support to the causes that matter most to our members.

REALTORS® Relief Foundation

NCCBOR is proud to support the REALTORS® Relief Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to providing housing-related assistance to individuals and families impacted by natural disasters. Through the generosity of REALTORS®, associations, and industry partners, the Foundation helps communities rebuild and recover during times of crisis.

For a limited time, all donations are being matched dollar-for-dollar through May 31, up to $100,000, doubling the impact of your contribution.

With 100% of donations going directly to those in need, every gift makes a meaningful difference. Members are encouraged to support this important initiative and be part of the REALTOR® community’s commitment to giving back.
