When transferring brokerages, the first step is submitting a service change request to the state. This can be done by logging into your www.delpros.de.gov account. You will need to upload the signed transfer forms from your current and employing broker.
- Current Broker Transfer Form (this is the brokerage you are leaving, signed by your releasing broker)
- Employing Broker Transfer Form (this is the brokerage you are joining, signed by your accepting broker)
In order to make sure that the correct information is reflected in your NCCBOR account, NAR and Sentrilock (if applicable), please be sure to send us the signed transfer forms. Please also provide us with the best email address to have on file for you.
If you are having any trouble, please contact the Delaware Real Estate Commission (DREC) directly.

**If you are transferring into a referral company, once you provide your signed transfer forms into the referral company or show a confirmation email of service change request from DREC, we are able to drop your NCCBOR membership.
In order to make your license inactive with the state, you will need to visit: DELPROS.delaware.gov and login to your account.
Next, you will choose:
- Manage Your License
- Submit Service Change Request
- Choose the option "Request Inactive Status"
You will need to complete the requested information, pay the fee, and submit your request. Upon submitting, they will send you a confirmation email stating that they have received your inactive status request.
Please forward that confirmation email to Ashley, ashley@nccbor.com, so it can be added to your file, and your membership with NCCBOR will be dropped.
If you need further assistance with submitting that request or using their website, you will need to contact the Delaware Real Estate Commission directly:
