Technology must be requested in advance. NCCBOR does not guarantee compatibility with personal devices, adapters, software, files, or third-party platforms.
Good to Know
Setup & Departure: Arrive up to one hour before your event for setup. The room must be cleaned, restored, and fully vacated within 30 minutes after the scheduled end time.
Food & Catering: Outside food and catering are permitted. Renters are responsible for deliveries, setup, service, cleanup, and removal.
No Alcohol: Alcohol is strictly prohibited anywhere on NCCBOR property.
Second-Floor Access: The classroom is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator.
Parking: The NCCBOR parking lot accommodates approximately 40 vehicles.
Room Reset & Cleanup: Tables and chairs must be returned to their original setup. All food, trash, decorations, supplies, and materials must be removed.

Standard room rental for active NCCBOR members.
Nonmember
Standard room rental for nonmember organizations and guests.
Coffee & Tea Service
Complimentary for members.
$100 for nonmembers.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received at least 10 calendar days before the rental date receive a full account credit.
Cancellations received fewer than 10 calendar days before the rental date receive a credit equal to 50% of the rental fee.
No cash or card refund will be issued unless authorized by NCCBOR.

Availability is subject to NCCBOR classes, meetings, and other scheduled activities. Your reservation is not confirmed until NCCBOR receives the completed rental agreement and valid payment information.
