REALTOR® & Personal Assistant Memberships
Primary REALTOR® Membership
This type of membership is for you if:
You prefer to designate NCCBOR as your primary Board, while still having the option to join other Associations as a secondary member if you choose.
Your Broker must be a member of NCCBOR to join as a Primary Member.
Secondary REALTOR® Membership
This type of membership is for you if:
Your primary REALTOR® membership is with another local association such as Kent County or Cecil County but you wish to join NCCBOR, as well.
Personal Assistant Membership
Join as an Unlicensed Personal Assistant to receive NCCBOR newsletters and lockbox access. $75 annually not prorated and application fee of $250.
Affiliate Memberships
Corporate Affiliate Membership
Corporate Affiliate Memberships are held by corporation affiliates (e.g. Citizens Bank, GEICO Insurance) and are transferrable to people within your company only.
Individual Affiliate Membership
Individual Affiliate Memberships are held by individuals affiliate companies not associated with any corporations.
Secondary Affiliate Membership
Secondary Affiliate Memberships are for individuals joining the Board with an office that is already an established NCCBOR Corporate or Individual Affiliate member.
Three-Tiered Membership

Called the "Three-Way Agreement," membership with the New Castle County Board of REALTORS® includes membership in the Delaware Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
When a Designated Broker/Owner becomes a member of the three-tiered Association, they agree that all of the agents in their firms will be members as well. The broker is subject to additional dues for every agent in their office who does not become a member.
An individual agent cannot be a member unless they affiliate their license with a REALTOR® office.
