Realtor Reinstatement Application

In order to reinstate your board membership, contact Ashley via email (ashley@nccbor.com), with your full name, NRDS ID, DE wall license with current office affiliation.

  • Any applicant applying for REALTOR® membership who has held a REALTOR® membership with the New Castle County Board of REALTORS® within the past 14-months, shall be eligible for reinstatement of membership
  • For reinstatement, applicant is required to pay a $80 reinstatement fee and pay any outstanding NCCBOR financial obligations
  • Individuals applying for reinstatement under this policy shall not be required to attend New Member Orientation
  • All rights and privileges will be granted once the member has satisfied all the conditions and upon confirmation that there aren’t any pending professional standard matters and/or unfulfilled sanctions against the member
