The New Castle County Board of REALTORS® (NCCBOR) is a professional trade association serving REALTOR® and Affiliate members throughout New Castle County. As a local board affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the Delaware Association of REALTORS® (DAR), we are committed to strengthening our industry through advocacy, education, leadership, and connection.

We provide the essential tools, resources, and representation our members need to succeed in a competitive marketplace while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice.

We strive to ensure that REALTORS® in New Castle County are recognized as trusted professionals, leaders in their communities, and advocates for property ownership.

Strategic Direction

NCCBOR’s Strategic Plan provides the framework that guides our priorities and decision-making. Developed to support long-term growth and member value, the plan outlines key initiatives that strengthen advocacy efforts, enhance professional development, and improve member engagement.

Implementation of this strategy is led by the NCCBOR Board of Directors and senior staff to ensure alignment with the evolving needs of our membership.

Governance
