NAR C.O.E. Training Requirements

The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) requires all REALTORS® to complete Code of Ethics training to maintain membership and uphold the highest standards of professionalism in the real estate industry.

Current Cycle Dates: January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2024

Future Cycle Dates: January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027

Training Requirements:

REALTORS® must complete at least 2 hours and 30 minutes of Code of Ethics training within each cycle. The training must meet the learning objectives and criteria set by NAR.

Existing Members:

Frequently Asked Questions:

Does this training count towards license renewal?
No, the NAR Code of Ethics training requirement is separate from state Continuing Education (CE) requirements and does not count towards license renewal credits.
