Licensing & Brokerage Changes

Transferring Brokerages

Transferring Brokerages

If you are transferring from one brokerage to another, your first step is to submit a Service Change Request through the Delaware Professional Regulation Online Services (DELPROS) system at:

www.delpros.delaware.gov

You will need to upload:

  • Current Broker Transfer Form (signed by your releasing broker)

  • Employing Broker Transfer Form (signed by your accepting broker)

Once submitted to the State, please forward the signed transfer forms to NCCBOR to ensure your information is updated with:

  • NCCBOR

  • NAR

  • SentriLock (if applicable)

Please also confirm your preferred email address for association records.

If you are transferring into a referral company, once you provide the signed transfer forms or confirmation of your service change request from DREC, NCCBOR can update or drop your membership accordingly.

For assistance with state licensing matters, please contact:

Delaware Real Estate Commission (DREC)
