The New Castle County Board of REALTORS® is a trade association representing REALTOR® and Affiliate members within New Castle County. NCCBOR is affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the Delaware Association of REALTORS® (DAR).

The Vision of the New Castle County Board of REALTORS® is to provide essential resources to our REALTORS® members and promote REALTORS® in the marketplace.
NCCBOR's Strategic Plan
In 2017, NCCBOR developed a Strategic Plan that is intended to serve the Board over the next 3-5 years. This framework guides the Board's decision-making process supporting specific strategic recommendations. The day-to-day operations and implementation of the plan will be the responsibility of the NCCBOR Board of Directors and senior staff.
