This type of membership is for you if:

• Your primary REALTOR® membership is with another local association such as Kent County or Cecil County but you wish to join NCCBOR, as well

Fees to join NCCBOR as a secondary member:

• New Castle County Board of REALTORS^® (NCCBOR): $220.00*
• Delaware Association of REALTORS^® (DAR): $200.00**

Application Fees (A one-time fee only if membership does not lapse for more than 14 months)

• REALTOR^® (Secondary): $200.00
• Delaware Association of REALTORS^®: $125.00
• Reinstatement Fee: $80.00

*Prorated based on month you join the Board
**May not apply in some situations

This type of membership is for you if:

• You want to join as a non-REALTOR® member; Attorneys, home inspectors, lenders, etc

• Corporate Affiliate Memberships are held by corporation affiliates (e.g. Citizens Bank, GEICO Insurance) and are transferrable to people within your company only. Click here to apply

• Individual Affiliate Memberships are held by individuals affiliate companies not associated with any corporations. Click here to apply
  • $350 Membership Dues 

• Secondary Affiliate Memberships are for individuals joining the Board with an office that is already an NCCBOR Affiliate member. Click here to apply
  • $100 Membership Dues 

Application Fees:

• $200.00 per affiliate application
• $100 new office establishment fee*
